In this class, we will use movement, meditation, and breath to open the heart, quiet the mind, and tune the body.
We will use music to connect to rhythm, rhythm to find our groove, and groove to feel joy.
The 60 minute class will offer you sweat, spirit, and smiles.
In the words of the ancient mystic Hafiz, ‘Come dance with me.’
